Hamid-Reza Moradi Sarvestani, imprisoned Gonabadi Dervish and human rights activists, who recently his treatment had been stopped suddenly and transferred back to prison without medical discharge, was readmitted to hospital in order to follow up the condition of illness.
According to Majzooban Noor, Hamid-Reza Moradi Sarvenstani who suffers from heart diseases as well as severe clogging of arteries of legs, after treatment interruption of a 3 weeks, was hospitalized in Shohada e Tajrish hospital on Tuesday, 28th of Bahman 1393, ( February, 17, 2014).
It is important to say that, the vascular surgery of Sina hospital in his latest report on this jailed dervish had emphasized to continue the medical treatments to follow up as well as to control the disease, and also avoid stress to prevent from worsening his condition.
It should be noted that, 3 imprisoned gonabadi Dervishes, Hamid-Reza Moradi Sarvestani, Mostafa Daneshjou, and Afshin Karampour, who had been admitted to hospital, were recently transferred back to Evin prison without medical discharge based on the justice department’s orders.
Last week, 6 of Human Rights activists in Evin and Nezam Shiraz prisons issued a statement in protest to the treatment of these 3 jailed dervishes and expressed their concern regarding the justice system’s interference in prisoners’ medical treatment.
