The trial of seven Gonabadi dervishes’s lawyers and Majzooban Noor website managers is going to begin on the end of this month (Aban-Nov) for three consecutive days under judgement of Mr.Salavati.

According to published news the accusations that are charged upon seven dervishes are: Insulting the supreme Leader, Agitation of public opinion, Conspiracy against national security, Publication and probagation of lies and membership in deviated group.

As Farhad Nouri( the present manager Majzooban Noor website) believes, the reports on violation of Dervishes rights is the main problem of ruling authorities.

In his interview with Jaras News site he says: ” All accusations are due to the publicizing the violation of dervishes rights and to notifying the authorities on this issue.

The Gonabadi branch in Nematollahi Order, is being very pressurized for the past years, this branch is a religious group whose followers call their worship-places as ” Hosseiniyeh”.

Despite this, the authorities keep on to suppress the followers of this branch.

Also, Mr.Nouri says: “Five of these accusation of official lawyers of justice and Mr.Farshid Yadollahi, Amir Eslami, Omid Behroozi and Mostafa Daneshjou are the ones whose their Attorney Permit were canceled for the reason of defending their clients in different courts.

The cancellation of their permits were done under pressure of security forces.

Mr.Reza Entesari, a journalist who is and employee of Radio and T.V of IRI, for the reason of being a dervish and active in this branch was sacked and Mr.Hamid Reza Moradi, also another manager of Majzooban Noor News agency, who is active for dervishes rights.

Mr.Nouri insists on those pre-planed a accusation such as Insulting the supreme Leader and Agitation of public opinion, are completely without justifications.

He also emphasizes that, all these years of pressures on Gonabadi dervishes like attacks on Hosseiniyehs by security forces and sacking them from their jobs and depriving them of their privileges, non were reported by national news agencies and their voices were boycotted and unheard so “Majzooban Noor website” was established for this reason that the violations of rights of dervishes could be heard by authorities by many letters to supreme leader, the leader of justice power and many other authorities…

Also the violation of national constitutions were notified in thoses letters.

Mr.Nouri, who himself is a follower of the Gonabadi Order carries on as says: interesting to know that, the case which has been opened in the Branch 15 of the Tehran’s Revolutionary Court, is named with “Majzooban Noor dossier”.

All these accusations are referred to the published and broadcasted news of violation of dervishes rights and the notifications of obeying the constitutions and low which have been toward authorities.

Another questionable accusations that Mr.Noury points out is “Membership in deviated group.He says that this expression is always used against the dervishes.

The Nematollahi Gonabadi dervishes are all Shia and believe in all divine Islamic sharia lows.

Now the question that all dervishes are insisting to have answered to is that why all the people of the Order are being accused of deviation???

In constitution believing in mysticism side of Islam is not absolutely an offense.

Security organizations are pressurizing and agitating dervishes and their followers opinions by these allegations.

Some people in Ruling power system are opposed to violation on dervishes.

These people are aware of the fact that dervishes are not a “Group”, “Faction” or a branch of people that are interested in political activities under the cover being dervish.

Perhaps some individuals have their own political points of view.

But the main beliefs of dervishes are their mystic divine beliefs and “The Ministry of intelligence” is in no way eligible to call them “deviated”.

It also seems that some people amongst Islamic ruler-ship believe that dervishes are a danger for their faith and they consider dervishes Order as a political system.

It is for this reason that this people will accuse aand pressurize dervishes by many means they can.

Nouri also asserts that only two of lawyers out of twelve lawyers have been allowed to study the cases of their clients by judge Salavati and now that is only a few days to the date in which the court remains. It is obvious that there is no justified of defending the dervishes in custody.

Mr.Noury also explains the situation in which some other dervishes are in prison: Three dervishes named Saleh Moradi (more than one year), Kasra Nouri (more than eight months) and Mohammad Ali Shamshirzan ( more than six months) at Shiraz Adel Abad prison with the same accusation mantion above. Mr.Ehsanollah Amanian also had been received 50 lashes then transferred to Mashhad prison (vakil Abad)to serve his five months jail with the same accusation.Mr.Amanian will be exiled after his five months sentence.

Mr Noury added that, other dervishes are waiting for the date of their courts and verdicts to be announced.Others like Alireza Roushan and Nosrat Tabasi have been sentenced to five years in jail( one year imprisonment and four years of suspended for Mr.Roushan and six months imprisonment and four years and six months of suspended jail for Tabasi).

Finally Mr Nouri hopes that these dervishes could have their rights of having a proper defense and access to their lawyers.
