Majzooban Noor website’s reporter: These two Dervishes who were the lawyers of a number of Kish Island Dervishes whereas their clients injunction was sentence of no guilty, themselves were sentenced to a 6 month discretionary imprisonment by the branch No.: 102 of the criminal court of Kish, charging with the publication of canard and making the public opinion uneasy on Bahman 02, 1389 (January 22, 2011).

It is considerable that these two lawyers through defending from a number of Dervishes’ rights, had made a complaint against unlawful actions of the authorities and officers of the intelligence service encountering their clients, but their formal petition not only was ignored but also led to the complaint of the intelligence service against them and ultimately their conviction.

Amir Eslami and Farshid Yadollahi are the members of human rights committee of the Bar Association who after recent happenings in Kavar and arrest of a number of Gonabadi Dervishes’ lawyers and Majzooban Noor website’s members were arrested, and it is over than 50 days that they are in the security section of Evin prison.
