Honorable Dervishes:
The delighting news of the release of four of our spiritual brethren from the Evin prison who had been involved with diverse suffers, hardships and difficulties, and spent approximately four years in jail due to the activities in giving awareness about the conditions of Gonabadi dervishes, made all the fibers of our hearts elated.
Of course, these brothers before being arrested and imprisoned, had endured all kinds of sufferings, hardships on the path of obtaining the absolute rights of dervishes, and also had taken resolute steps to assist the law to overcome bigoted attitudes and political decisions, that the outcome of their efforts and perseverance was to launch and establish ” News and Legal Independent Base of Majzooban Noor”. Soon afterward, this act was a pretext for the security agencies to open files against them, eventually, these lawyers were sentenced to the harsh penalties.
Our brothers were imprisoned due to the defense of the rights of dervishes and also disclosures of the cruelties imposed on the followers of mysticism. But the seed that our brothers had planted in our hearts, the seed of empathy and persistence to attain the right in the shadow of the law, has never halted, so that, at the time of detention and conviction of the directors of Majzooban Noor, this news website with inordinate efforts and energy put the same path into forward.
It is vividly crystal for all honorable dervishes that the main objective of this News Website is to break the news boycott, to follow the dervishes’ civilian rights, and also to raise awareness to public and officials about the violation of the rights of mysticism and their followers, and in this pathway is neither reliant on any figure and individuals, nor to follow a specific attitude of certain number of people.
