EJEI-DERVISHES

On Wednesday, 2th of Mehr 1393 ( September 24, 2014) in the morning, the families of the Gonabadi jailed Dervishes along with some other Dervishes by referring to the office of the first deputy and judiciary spokesman, Mr. Gholamhossein Mohseni Ejei asked to visit him.
According to Majzooban Noor, because Mr. Ejei, the first Deputy Spokesman of the judiciary, in his speech in a press conference had earlier mentioned that the way of protest of Dervishes was on the wrong direction; so, last Wednesday the families of the imprisoned Dervishes along with some other Dervishes by referring to his office asked to visit him, but were faced with the absence of Mr. Ejei and also the head office of the first deputy of the judiciary told them that all the public appointments would have been occupied by the two next years!
The families of Dervishes in response to the head office of Mr. Ejei mentioned that “we just came here to ask Mr. Ejei i to show us a right way of protest that we have not gone over the past ten years”.
These people by releasing a report about Dervishes’ rights violations during the past ten years announced “we wrote letters to the authorities several times, but no response was received. The files which Dervishes were the plaintiffs have come to nothing, and today our lawyers are on the 4th year of their imprisonment while their sentences still have not been finalized”.
And also they criticized the country’s second official of the judiciary due to the announcement about the unreal figure of detained Dervishes, and went on that it is a discernible reason that we have not seen in this country. Thus, we protest against that and according to Article 27 of the constitution, our peaceful gathering was neither improper nor illegal.
In the end, the head office of the first deputy of the judiciary promised to transfer the remarks and reports of the families of the imprisoned Dervishes to Mr. Ejei.
