Dr. Kamran Ayazi, the prisoner of conscience of ward 350 of Evin prison, is exiled to Rajai Shahr prison of Karaj.

According to the report of Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA), Dr. Kamran Ayazi has been transferred from ward 350 to Rajai Shahr prison of Karaj, on Tuesday, June 24th.

Dr. Ayazi had been arrested by intelligence service forces of Shiraz at his clinic and was transferred to ward 209 in Evin prison after 8 days. He had been under physical and mental pressure and tortures during three months in solitary confinement in order to get confession and TV interview.

Kamran Ayazi has been sentenced to 9 years in prison and 160 lashes and 48 million Iranian Rials, on charge of collusion and sacrilege, by branch number 28 of revolutionary court by chief judge Salavati. After that, his case was sent to Branch number 27 of criminal court, for the allegations of insulting the prophet and apostasy.

His arrest was due to joining an online forum, along with six other people; while it was more than two years that forum was closed. Dr. Karman Ayazi is a married dentist who has three children and it is more than three years that he is in prison.

During the weeks after April 17th known as black Thursday, the prison authorities has banned admission of new political prisoners to ward 350 and also have been transferring some of the prisoners to other wards.
