Yesterday morning, the accusative cases of 22 Gonabadi dervishes were investigated in Kavar Justice Department.
According to Majzooban Noor, court hearing for 22 Gonabadi dervishes residents of Kavar town in Fars province charged with “moharebeh or defying God” and ” illegal carrying of weapons” was held in Kavar Justice Department presided over by Judge Kashkouli, yesterday morning on Ordibehesht 22 , 1392 ( May 12 , 2013 ).
The court session was held in the presence of their attorneys, Dr. Harsini and Nazari who defended Gonabadi Dervishes that have been falsely accused.
It must be reminded that a court hearing had been previously held on the above matter in Branch 14 of Shiraz’s Revolutionary Court presided by Judge Kheshti which in the trial judge ordered of transfer the case to the Kavar Justice Department.
It should be noted that, four Gonabadi Dervishes, named Sayed Ebrahim Bahrami, Mohammad Ali Sadeghi, Mohammad Ali Dehghan and Mohsen Esmaeeli residents of Kavar county who were recently arrested by security forces and plain-clothes and are being held in Adel Abad prison no. 2 “Nezam prison”, were not transferred to the court session due to their incomplete case.
Also, today on Monday, Ordibehesht 23 , 1392 ( May 13 , 2013 ) the court hearing for another 4 Gonabadi dervishes, Mrs. Farzaneh Nouri and Messrs. Saleh Moradi Sarvestani, Behzad Nouri and Farzad Darvish residents of Shiraz, will be held and presided over by Judge Kashkouli in Kavar Justice Department.
Meanwhile, the case was handled in Shiraz’s Revolutionary Court last year but it seems that these 4 Gonabadi Dervishes are facing a new charge and a new case has been opened for them in Kavar Justice Department.
Since Shahrivar 1390 (September 2011) following the attacks by Basiji and plain-clothes on Gonabadi Dervishes in Kavar town in Fars Province which resulted the death of one Dervish called ” Vahid Banani” who was killed by a gun-shut and so many file cases opened against Gonabadi Dervishes in court, pressures on Gonabadi Dervishes increased, so on, in the second half of 1390 and first half of 1391 more than 100 Gonabadi Dervishes in the city of Kavar, arrested, beaten, and without receiving written summons have been tried.
