The centre of sedition, intrigue and deception in Qom, known as “The Institute of Religions and Sects of Qom” has published a long list of the activities of the International Organisation to Preserve Human Rights in Iran.
This center is under the management of a fraudulent pseudo-mullah called Javad Mehrabi, who has kept using dishonesty and hypocrisy like a lizard (Marmulak) hidden in an Islamic cloak and wearing a turban. Mr. Mehrabi tries day and night to destroy the sanctity of Islam and the Quran – and has misinterpreted and then misused the activities of this independent organisation as a pretext for building cases against the detained and imprisoned dervishes in the dungeons of the medieval Adel Abad prison of Shiraz.. IOPHRI involves itself in human rights activities and is based on the general and world wide accepted understanding of human rights.
The shallow minded methods of this anti-religious person, whose prime specialty is to undermine human rights, to trample on the dignity of citizens and to invent cases against innocent people is not hidden from anybody. Today, it is clear and apparent for any impartial observer all over the world that the principles of deciding and determining the punishment for a crime in Iran has vanished. The domination and the control of the anti-justice authority in the judicial system has lead to a point that – as they (Chief of Justice power Sadegh Laridjani) indicated “for the purpose of scaring the public”, the innocent people are hanged without any conviction or their hands and fingers are cut off, and by trying to tune their action as righteous, they open the way to power exclusively for themselves.
The activities of IOPHRI and all affiliated associations and sympathizers have been organized by a group of human loving and benevolent people who are experts in the knowledge of international human rights and the law embodied in the Divine Texts. Members and the supporters of IOPHRI as it had been mentioned in many previous articles, are mostly members of other nationalities and believe in a variety of religions.
The activities of IOPHRI are very broad and vast and the latest chain of actions of this “non-governmental and non-profit organization” in major capitals of the world were in order to achieve the release of the noble and brave Iranian lawyer Mrs. Nasrin Sotoudeh. An action, that still continue by a large group of artists and european lawyers and will not be stopped until the final and unconditional release of Mrs. Sotoudeh.
Within their activities IOPHRI especially oversees the rights of religious minorities and religious followers of all orders and denominations. Defending the violated rights of the Dervishes is also confined within this context.
Accordingly, we repeat it again so that the ignorant wake up and come to understand, that IOPHRI has no affiliation with Sufi dervishes in Iran or outside of Iran and the widespread activities of this International Organization should not be misused to create obstacles for Dervishes inside Iran.
If vile and highly claimant persons like Javad Mehrabi and Abdul-Rahim Biranvand[1] mistakenly believe that they can exert any unfair oppression on the people of Iran for the diversity of those peoples beliefs and think that their inhumane action would not be reflected by the international community, they are wrong! These naïve and anti-religious people use a religious cloak and a turban just like great people, such as the late Grand Scholar Ayatollah Tabatabai, the author of Al-Mizan Interpretation and his honest and true disciples. By doing this they relate them to their own devilish characters.
Instead of making up these childish fallacious mascerades, they should clarify to the eyes of the international community what according to them is the relation between the activities of IOPHRI in the West and the interrogation of a group of lawyers in Iran!!? What scale and balance do they use to justify the imprisonment and detainment of a group of decent and innocent freedom-lovering lawyers without any logic and obvious charges for more than seventeen months now!?

Disgraceful letter of response of the Gonabadi Dervishes to the authorities!
According to the Institute of Rahbordi Didehban, Majzoban-Noor site, which is the political wing of the Gonabadi Dervishes has written a letter calling it “A letter from the families of the imprisoned Dervish lawyers to the Supreme Leader of Islamic Republic of Iran and the Authorities of the regime” and has publicized it in its site as well as in sites under its control. The following is the analysis of the letter:
Didehban: The writers of the mentioned letter by devising few questions have presented the subject: “your birth place is Khorasan and maybe more than anybody you are aware of this fact that the Nematollahi Gonabadi Order was not created yesterday and would not be vanished today. We want to ask you this: aren’t the constitutional laws of the country for everybody?” For a Dervish who always wants peace and tranquility at all levels of society, where has all these unjust oppressions such as destruction of several religious friaries in different cities, originated from? Where would all these injustice end? In our Friary against whom and what we have preached? Which actions of our spouse and children who are stuck in the prison without any charges for the past 17 months were against the constitutional law? They are themselves lawyers and knowledgeable people of the law. How could they break it? These lawyers and Dervishes had only defended other Dervishes and protested against the destruction of the Friaries of the Dervishes and lack of attention to the rights against them, but as if some could not tolerate to hear their request for justice.
“… To put the issue that you probably are not aware of it, we do not know from where to start the story? Shall we start talking about the strange beginning on how a group of lawyers who were defending the rights of Dervishes suddenly were accused of doing things against national security and having political activities, or about the 17 months imprisonment of the lawyers without any court cases in which their lawyers neither were allowed to visit them in prison nor in court? Shall we speak about the part of breaking the law and repeatedly ignoring their cases and dismissing any clarification of the cases or we should speak about when the authority refused to attend court when their cases were taken to court and instead they were transferred into single cells in section 209 of Evin prison? Shall we talk about my grievances on the wearisome beating and torture in the corner of prison, or concern of some severe health consequences of them? “
A two tears system in the Action of the Heads of Dervishes
In answer to the questions indicated in the letter of the Dervishes to the authorities of the regime we will reveal the actions of the Heads of the sect in resent years in and outside Iran, so that the dear readers could see the justice themselves. Dervish leaders, in the past have spent their times on topics which were costly and consumed so much energy and sometimes this was done with the collaboration and support of opponents and dissidents of the Islamic Republic of Iran. These topics and the activities are mentioned above. These are activities that the sworn enemies of the regime, with a common and united front and the same voice are trying on a daily bases.
Now our question to the heads and the leaders of the Gonabadi Dervishes Organization is that, if you consider yourselves as the followers of the regime, what is the reason for so much conflict and opposition!? What is the reason for adapting dual and profit seeking policies which is in line with the goal of the opponents of this land!?
As Mr Tabandeh in his speeches consistently indicates that this organization does not interfere with politics, then what is his dynamic secret relationship with other political parties for!? If he is at forefront of wanting complete peace and tolerance, then how would he let his disciples to get involved in conflict and violence!? You have been asking, how could Dervishes who want peace and tranquility in all aspect of the society, do things that cause anarchy in the society!? But, how the heads of Gonabadi Dervishes Organization could let their own friaries be converted into a place for anti-governmental and political activities!? In your opinion in which country of the world these kind of anti-governmental and anarchist activities are not confronted legally!? If any individual or group are let to carry on these kinds of activities, then how could the social security of the country can be maintained?
If your answer to these questions is the security force created conflicts, then why only you are involved!? Many people in our dear country believe to various religions and methods, and have a quiet life away from stress and problem. You are also part of this community in our country. In this country nobody gets detained because of his/her religious belief and even if a person whose belief is other than the official belief of the country gets arrested, all the legal steps are followed precisely and on no condition the law is broken.
According to the speaker of the judicial system, Hojatollah Azhehee “we do not arrest any body just because of being Baha’i or Dervish and if we arrest somebody, it is because the person has broken the constitutional law of the country”.
The issues that have been raised by the Operators of the Dervishes organization, is centered on the following activities:
The role of human rights, political prisoners, protests and demonstrations, ethnic movements, student movements, totalitarianism, official incompetence, limitation of the press, social security, public dissatisfaction, unclear constitution, unscientific management, Hezbollah, Basij and Basiji eulogy, opposition, repression of artists, size of prisons, gender apartheid, ethnic apartheid, religious apartheid, bankrupt economy, freedom of expression, anti-thinkers, power struggle between the authorities, turning away people from revolution, minority rights, student’s rights, women’s rights, children’s rights, oppressed workers and communities, worker judicial decisions, reading illiterate clergy, theologians and clerics insulting, referenda, suppress freedom, censorship and Internet restrictions, the undemocratic election, calling for violent protests, distorting Islam and religion.
With slight hesitation and thinking on the above issues one can see what the anti-Islamic revolutionaries have been doing for many years and are still doing. Our question to those who have written the above letter is that, if your Masters and the organizers are keen on the benefit and interest of the country and if they are aligned with the regime, then what is the cooperation with the opposition of the regime for!? How could you let yourselves to support and align with those who are seeking to overthrow the regime?
Now if you’re the child of this land, and according to the acknowledgement of Mr. Tabandeh, the so-called Master of the Dervishes, are the followers of the legal scholars and religious authorities and the state, then why so much opposition to the regime and support to the sworn enemies of the enemies of our dear country, Iran!? With this kind of behavior aren’t you looking to divide and disrupt public order!?
The law is the same and equal for every body, whether the person is a worker, engineer, attorney and lawyer or in any social level of the society. One should deal with the law breaker and it is not surprising if the law breaker is an attorney or a lawyer. The law is equal for every body. Now you tell us how we should deal with outlaws and traitors?
Aren’t those people whose anti-governmental and anti-regime activities are so obvious for everybody and their collaboration with opposition of the Islamic revolution are clear and involvements in the sedition of 2009 are apparent be taken to court and prosecuted?
