While Gonabadi dervish, Hamid Reza Moradi was sent to ward 209 of Evin prison, another six jaild Gonabadi dervishes were transferred to Ward 240.

According to Majzooban Noor and Kalemeh website, despite the fact that defence case of dervishes are unified, Judge Salavati is trying to separate them in order to separately put them on trial.

The jailed dervishes protest this unlawful actions taken by the Judge and the process which is illegal that is being taken by the prosecutors, therefore the prisoners took their action by not intending the court.

Mostafa Daneshjou who is a defender lawyer himself opposed to take part in court and did not leave Evin prison. His reason was that, Judge Salavati had not allowed the attorneys to study the dervishes file case.

On Wednesday 27th of Day (Jan 16, 2013), Daneshjou was summoned to Branch 15 of Tehran’s Revolutionary Court and Moghaddas prosecutor’s office. A few hours later it was revealed that all these were planned and conspired by Judge Salavati in order to drag Mr. Daneshjou to a forced trial!

The security forces who were trying to take Daneshjou dressed with the prison uniform told him that they are taking him to Moghaddas prosecutor’s office to notify him with new charges. He then realizes that they are trying to take him to Branch 15 of Tehran’s Revolutionary Court. Therefore by realizing this plot, he take his prison uniform and resists to not to appear in court, then the security forces returned him to notorious section 240 of Evin prison.

These kinds of plots and conspiracies are not the first time that are planned in order to transfer forcefully the dervishes into the court trial without considering the legal process of prosecution. It is notable that, the arranged day of trial of Mr. Moradi was taken place under similar plot a day earlier than due date (26th Day-15 Jan) and they decided to try him without the presence of his lawyer.
