Gonabad dervish’s lawyer and prisoner of conscience, Mr. Mostafa Daneshjou who had been admitted for medical treatment at Tehran’s Milad Hospital, was sent back to Evin prison according to the direct order by Judge Salavati.

According to a report by Kaleme website, despite the diagnosed by specialists’s Milad hospital that further treatment is needed for him, but by order from judge Salavati, this dervishes rights activist in hospital dress(!), suddenly was returned to Evin prison yesterday afternoon, on 10th Dey 1391 ( Dec 30, 2012).

Mostafa Daneshjou, who suffers from cardiovascular and respiratory diseases while was returned to Evin prison that prison officials clinic due to lack of hospital discharge papers, refused to accept him. In the end, after an hour stop at the prison clinic, by the direct command of the Deputy Director General of the Prison he was transferred to the ward 350 of Evin Prison.

It is the second time that this jailed patient lawyer has been returned to prison illegally. Although he had been hospitalized by Coroner’s order but by unlawful interference of Judge Salavati in the medical treatment of political prisoners and even hospital officials threatening, despite his discharge papers was not signed by his medical team, Prison officers, get him back to prison.

It is important to remind that, Mosfata Daneshjou who has been held in jail for more than 20 months, is suffering from severe asthma and now Polluted atmosphere of prison in addition to exacerbating respiratory disease, unfortunately caused cardiovascular disease for him too.
