Two Gonabadi dervishes were apeared in Tehran’s Revolutionary Court yesterday morning on 7th Azar 1391(Nov 27, 2012) to investigate the allegations against them.

According to Majzooban reporter, Messrs.Mehran Rahbari and Mostafa Abdi apeared separately yesterday to Branch 15 of Tehran Revolutionary Court presided over by Judge Salavati to investigate charges of “gathering and colluding to disturb national security”.

It should be noted that, they had been also charged with two other accusations of ” Propaganda against the regime” and “Membership in deviant groups; Majzooban Noor” but they were exonerated of these charges by prosecutors previously.

Mr.Rahbari with the presence of his lawyer, Mr.Amlashi defended himself against the accusation but then the judge charged him again  with ” Propaganda against the regime”!

Mr.Mostafa Abdi said: “According to article 185 of the Code of Criminal Procedure Public and Revolutionary Courts, the defender lawyer should be allowed to read the client’s case and because the law has not been implemented in my case and also my lawyers did not have present in court so I have no defence now.”

Judge Salavati accused him of “being guided by the enemies of the revolution” and set the secound hearing session on 29/12/1391 and stated that he will give the cases to just two defender lawyers only… The expressing that according to Jurists has no legal status and is just a personal opinion.

Our reporter added that Mustafa Abdi’s next court hearing will be coincide with the date of hearing of another Gonabadi dervish, Mr. Ali Moazami.

It is noteworthy that they were arrested along with more than 15 other lawyers and personnels of Majzooban Noor website ( Nematollah Gonabadi Order News Site) in Shahrivar (September) last year in Tehran and were released on bail after enduring more than one month behind bars in security ward 209 of Evin prison and still their cases are pending in Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court. .
