Gonabadi Dervish Released on Bail of 550 Million Toman

 

 

According to reports from the city of Kavar, Gonabadi dervish, Mohammad Ali Shamshirzan resident of Kavar town in Fars province was released on bail of 550 million toman after enduring more than Seven months behind bars in Shiraz Adel Abad Prison.

The bail was set at the exorbitant amount of 150 million toman by Shiraz’s Revolutionary Court and 400 million toman by Kavar court .

Mohammad Ali Shamshirzan was arrested on Saturday morning in Ordibehesht 09 1391 ( April 28 , 2012 ) in Kavar and the arrest took place at Shamshirzan’s workplace.

After he was charged in Kavar court without the presence of his legal lawyer, transferred to the quarantine detention center in Shiraz and he was confined there for two days, then, has been transferred to Adel Abad prison on Tuesday 12th Ordibehest 1391 ( May 01 , 2012) .

Our reporter added that, this Gonabadi dervish, has suffered from serious lung infection and family of this prisoners of conscience tries to take him to the hospital but unfortunately their efforts have been ineffective and prison clinic just only prescribed painkillers for him.

It should be noted that, Mohammad Ali Shamshirzan along with 17 other Gonabadi dervishes Have been summoned to appear at the Revolutionary Court of Shiraz to open their cases for investigation on 22th Azar 91 (Dec 12, 2012).

It is important to mention here that these dervishes were accused to ” Moharebeh “( Enmity against God ), “corruption agents on earth” and illegal carrying weapons. Messrs.Kazem Dehghan, Hamid Reza Arayesh, Mohammad Ali Dehghan, Amir Hamzeh Dehghan, Mohsen Esmaeeli, Abouzar Malekpour, Behyar Rajabi, Seyd Ebrahim Bahrami, Mohammad Ali Shamshirzan, Mohammad Ali Sadeghi have been all accused to ” Moharebeh “( Enmity against God ), “corruption agents on earth” and illegal carrying weapons and Messrs.Gholam Ali Beyrami, Omid Ali Akbaritabar, Mehrdad Keshavarz, Mohammad Arayesh, AbdolReza Arayesh, Manouchehr Zaare and Aman Cheraghi have been also accused to “illegal carrying weapons”.
