Imprisoned Human Rights Activist Narges Mohamadi Hospitalized In Critical Condition

 

 

Imprisoned human rights activist Narges Mohamadi was hospitalized in Zanjan on Monday, in critical condition and banned from visit.

Specialists have repeatedly stressed that this human rights activist must undergo medical treated outside of prison due to her acute neurological disease that leads to muscle paralysis.

On Saturday her family visited her in Zanjan prison, she had bruised face which caused worries and concern for her family and her 5 years old twines.

Narges mohamadi has been sentenced to 6 years in prison because of her human rights activism.

Her 6 years prison sentence was given to her while Mrs. Mohamadi can not tolerate prison environment due to her dire physical condition.

Narges Mohamadi, the deputy head of Iran’s Defenders of Human Rights Center, has repeatedly emphasized that all her human rights activities were within the frameworks of the law and she firmly believes in her mission of defending the human rights.
