According to Majzooban reporter, Gonabadi dervish, Mr.Kasra Nouri, who has been confined in Shiraz Adel Abad prison for more than 3 months ,on Ordibehesht 21 , 1391 (May 10 , 2012) without prior notice, was taken to the court hearing as the “last defense”.

As the defence lawyer’s presence at this meeting is required by law, he protested to this action and refused to participate in the court session .

According to the report, Mr. Rezaee, interrogator of Branch 7 of the Revolutionary Court, has had extremely offensive behavior with this Gonabadi dervish, even he has been taken to court by stuck and handcuffs which is illegal action and against the civil rights for ideological accuseds.

The presence of attorney, in the last meeting of the defense is a legal necessity but unfortunately the lack of enforcement of these laws which is one of the deficiencies that make this not a fair trial, Shows us ”  “violation of law by law enforcers.”
