Mr.Parviz Malekshahi , Gonabadi Dervish and holder of  religious assemebly (Majlisdar) from Alashtar of Lorestan province was sentenced to 6 months  imprisonment .

According to Majzooban reporter , Branch 10 of Lorestan Court issued ruling upholding the 6-months prison sentence for Gonabadi dervish , Parvis Malekshahi on False charges of “ insulting the leadership” and he was informed of the verdict in the last week .

It is remarkable that , Parviz Malekshahi has been arrested by security forces and plainclothes on Khordad 1389 ( June 2010 ) and from that date until now the ministry of Intelligence and Security by pressure on the judiciary was trying to condemn him on charge of  “insulting the officers”, “disobeying orders” and “Propaganda Against the Regime” and despite his acquittal of all charges ,now he has been sentenced to 6 months in prison for sure and this shows that the lack of independence of the judiciary cause the wastage of Gonabadi Dervishes’s rights in the courts.
