According to Majzooban Noor reporter the trial was held by the second judge in command of the branch Mr. Zareie to the first judge’s travel to Mecca.

Farza Darvish Sarvestani, Hojjatollah Saeedi, Mohammad Jalal Nikbakht, and Mohammad Ali Saeed were tried of their charges of interference with the public discipline, but they rejected the accusation and then their advocates Farshid Yadollahi and Davvod Montazeri Laree defended them.

The advocates asked the judge to prepare the complementary bill and also for modification which was rejected by the judge.

It is worth mentioning that summoning the witnesses who are enemies of Sufism in Sarvestan and mane times have claimed their opposition with the Sufis in public was also rejected by the judge. Of course their testimonies are not accepted in the court due to the law for their deep-rooted hostility to dervishes and Sufism.

It should be stated that on August 2, 2010, an insulting exhibition was held in Sarvestan against Sufism which was against the law and freedom of belief and thought. The holders of that exhibition were to intrigue dervishes’ feelings.

Following to that the dervishes of Sarvestan referred to the police to complain about the exhibition, but the plain clothe agents set fire to the tents of the exhibition and broke the governor’s office glasses to draw dervishes’ protest to a quarrel.

Eventually 24 dervishes were summoned frequently to the court in Sarvestan and 5 of them were arrested.
