Series of inter-linked Iranian Intelligent Security Services’ websites have made false, disrespectful and degrading accusations against Dr Seyed Mustafa Azmayesh.

Dr Seyed Mustafa Azmayesh, has been for number of years one of the recognized faces of cultural, spiritual and scientific world. His teachings are keenly followed by many, and have influenced many dedicated followers of spirituality and mysticism.

Dr Azmayesh studied Law, and Literature in University of Tehran, also holds two doctorates and diplomas, one on “Religious Sciences” from the Sorbonne”, and another on “comparative studies of Islam and Christianity” at University of Lyon II (Lyon). He has published many books in Farsi such as “Mysticism Path with Ferdowsi to Land of Phoenix’’, “The Sun Shines from the East” “, “Is the Iranian Mysticism for Intellect or Humanity?”, and “The Evolution of Shah Nematollahi Vali Order in the Past Two Centuries”. All these books have been repeatedly published in Iran.

Dr Azmayesh’s books have also been published in different languages such as English, French, Greek, Dutch and Germen (e.g. ‘The Teachings of a Sufi-Master’ (Les enseignements d’un maître Sufi)/, Crucifixion -Fact or Fiction? The Pearl Of Sufism (Perle du Soufism)).

For more then fifteen years he as also been responsible for publishing the scientific magazine “Mysticism and Sufism” [Erfan Iran] with contribution from well known experts’ and professors’ in Islamic studies and mysticism such as Dr Seyed Hossein Nasr, Dr Gholam-Reza Avani and Dr Nasrollah Poorjavad etc. For the past two years he has also written a column for “Beres” in Netherlands in titled “Teaching of Mysticism from Holly Quran”.

Dr Azmayesh also aside from his human right activates, from 2002 to 2007 organised annual symposiums in honour of Shah Nematollhah Vali. These symposiums attracted more than hundred and sixty four experts in the field of mysticisms from such Universities as San Jose ( California), Leiden (Netherland), Seville (Spain), Sofia (Bulgaria),and Istanbul (Turkey),

Furthermore, Dr Azmayesh has also been part of different seminars, workshops and conferences at universities in Europe and United States, on the topic of self-discovery and consciousness. These seminars and workshops were attended by Master Khen Rinposhe (Director of the Dali Lama Centre at Dharamsala) where there was a common dialogue concerning the similarities of Sufism and Tibetan’s Buddhism and also with Professor Pin Van Lommel, a well know Dutch cardiologist, about Life after death (Science of Near Death Experiences).

Dr Azmayesh is currently the head of ‘International Organisation to Preserve Human Rights in Iran’ and a key member of ‘International Committee in Defense of Dervishes and Students in Iran. Dr Azmayesh has given numerous speeches and news conferences cross Europe along with meeting representatives of Human Rights in United Nations at Geneva, and European Parliament, in order to highlight the current injustices taking place in Iran as result of the Iranian government oppression of different ethnic and religious groups .

Even with all the above history of Dr Azmayesh’s activities in the field of human rights, cultural, scientific and mysticism. the Secret Intelligent Service of Iranian Government, still has the audacity to spread disrespectful and degrading false accusations against Dr Azmayesh who is a well known master of path of substantial evolution and fighter for Human rights and values.

3) “Support of foreigners who are anti-Iranian regime.”

4) “He directs support from the media and so called human rights organization and takes refuge in foreign media.”

5) Dr Mustafa Azmayesh who is the supposed spoke person for the Gonabadi Order is a ‘strange phenomenon in the Gonabadi’s Order’.

6) “He has Marxist ideology”.

7) “Involved with Mojahedin Khalg”h.

8) “Work with deviated groups such as Mojahedin Khalgh, but could not come to agreement so he left them.”

9) “Explains Quran in dervishes gathering at his home in France.”

10) Publishes quarterly articles about Iranian Sufism.

11) Lectures at Human Right association in Europe and USA on false pretences.

12) Launched a spiritual music group called “Simorg”

13) Interviews with accredited International and Persian media abroad on with regard to repression of dervishes.

14) Has setup a publishing house
