Branch 15 of Tehran’s Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Salavati, will try lawyers’s Gonabadi dervishes and managers of Majzooban Noor website on three consecutive days on Aban 21, 22 and 23,1391 (November 11, 12 and 13 2012).

According to Majzooban reporter, Messrs.Hamid Reza Moradi Sarvestani, Mostafa Daneshjou, Farshid Yadollahi, Amir Eslami, Afshin Karampour, Omid Behroozi and Reza Entesari will be tried in Branch 15 of Tehran’s Revolutionary Court, presided by Judge Salavati on charges of “Insulting the leadership”, “disturbing public opinion”, “assembly and collusion against national security”, “publishing lies” and “membership in deviant groups: Majzooban!” after 14 months in detention.

Our reporter added that, previously also the trial of these seven Nematollahi Gonabadi dervishes had been set in Branch 15 of the Revolutionary Court by Judge Salavati on 26th Ordibehesht 1391 (15 May 2012) but the dervishes refused to participate in the court hearing and considered that as an unjust and unfair hearing court because the trial judge had not presented the cases to their lawyers for study and preparing for defense.

It should be noted that, on Shahrivar 13, 1390 (4th Sept 2011) Messrs.Hamid Reza Moradi Sarvestani, Amir Eslami, Farshid Yadollahi, Afshin Karampour, Omid Behroozi , and Reza Entesari, lawyers and administrator of Majzooban Noor website ( Nematollahi Gonabadi Order News Site ) arrested during Kavar events and Mostafa Daneshjou who was held in Sari prison after completing his prison term in Sari on October 29, 2011 was transferred to Evin prison’s high security ward in Tehran on the same charges.
