Gonabadi Dervish, Mehran Rahbari Sentenced to 2 Years in Prison

Gonabadi Dervish, Mehran Rahbari was sentenced to two years in prison by the Revolutionary Court in Tehran.
According to Majzooban reporter, Branch 15 of the Tehran Revolutionary Court presided over by judge Salavati sentenced Mehran Rahbari to 2 years in prison on charges of “gathering and colluding against national security”, according to Article 610 of the Penal Code.
Mehran Rahbari was arrested along with more than 15 other lawyers and managers of Majzooban Noor website ( Nematollah Gonabadi Order News Site) in Shahrivar 1390 (September 2011) in Tehran and he was released on bail after enduring more than one month behind bars in solitary confinement in Ward 209 of Evin prison.
Among those detainees who affiliated with Majzooban Noor website, Ali Moazzami has been sentenced to two years imprisonment, Alireza Roshan sentenced to 1 year in prison and 4 years suspended sentence and Nosrat Tabasi, was sentenced to six months imprisonment and four years and six months of suspended jail term, each on similar charges.
Alireza Roshan is currently serving his sentence in Section 350 of Evin prison and Nosrat Tabasi has been summoned to the 2nd Branch of Shahid Moghaddas Court’s Interrogation Office in Evin Prison to serve out his jail sentence.
It is important to say that among those arrested in last Shahrivar (September 2011) seven Gonabadi dervishes ( Messrs. Hamid Reza Moradi Sarvestani, Amir Eslami, Mostafa Daneshjou, Farshid Yadollahi, Afshin Karampour, Omid Behroozi and Reza Entesari ) are still being held in Ward 350 Evin prison as well as Mostafa Abdi has been confined in prison from 3 months ago, after refused to post bail.
They have been kept in detention without trail for more than 18 months, that is being held in abeyance.
