Afshin Karampour, lawyer and human rights activist of dervishes confined in prison, after a period of treatment interruption, has been hospitalized in order to follow up the condition of illness.
The mentioned Gonabadi dervish who has been suffering from the spinal stenosis and also cervical and lumbar disc, after a few months of interruption of treatment has been hospitalized again.
Mr. Karampour who has been sentenced to seven and a half years imprisonment by the Revolutionary Court in Tehran, despite the political and ideological allegations is being held in ward 4 of Evin prison allocated for general crimes which is unlike the regulations of prison.
