The trial of seven Nematollahi Gonabadi dervishes will be held in Branch 15 of Tehran’s Revolutionary Court, presided over by Judge Salavati in nine consecutive days on 27th Dey till 7th Bahman 1391 (Jan 16-26 2013).

According to Majzooban reporter, after two times postponed the hearing session due to nonconformity of procedure Law, a new date has been set but after the announcement of the new date, attorneys have not been allowed to meet with their clients and even have not studied the case yet!

Messrs. Hamid Reza Moradi Sarvestani, Amir Eslami ,Mostafa Daneshjou, Farshid Yadollahi, Afshin Karampour, Omid Behroozi, and Reza Entesari, will be tried to unfair charges of “Insulting the leadership”, “Disturbing the public opinion”, “Assembly and collusion against national security”, “spreading lies” and “membership in deviant groups (Majzooban Noor)!”

Already two dates for trial had been set to investigate the charges against Gonabadi dervishes’s lawyers and managers of Majzooban Noor website on (26 Ordibehesht/May and 21,22,23 Aban/November this year )but due to nonconformity of procedure Law the Court was considered unfair by them and refused to participate in the trial.

It should be noted that, on Shahrivar 13, 1390 (4th Sept 2011) Messrs.Hamid Reza Moradi Sarvestani, Amir Eslami, Farshid Yadollahi, Afshin Karampour, Omid Behroozi , and Reza Entesari, lawyers and administrator of Majzooban Noor website ( Nematollahi Gonabadi Order News Site ) arrested during Kavar events and Mostafa Daneshjou who was held in Sari prison after completing his prison term in Sari on October 29, 2011 was transferred to Evin prison’s high security ward in Tehran on the same charges.
