According to the administration to determine eligibility and documentation of Information Ministry’s opinion, Mr.Emadoddin Mardani was fired from Karaj Municipality ,on charge of Following Nematollahi Gonabadi order, Majzooban reporter said.

During recent years opponents of Sufism and mysticism in the intelligence and security agencies used to harass and attack the Dervishes and followers of Nematollahi Gonabadi order in their careers.
From a legal perspective,this action is  to review and attention Because the Constitution of Islamic Republic of Iran, “audit opinion is forbidden” but Ministry of Information identifies Gonabadi dervishes through a confidential letter with one row without giving any reasons or legal evidence for selective units, declares   ineligible dervishes as ineligible persons to work and calling for their dismissal.
It is remarkable that ,  Ministry of Information would act quite contrary to the  Paragraph 5 of Article 2 of the Islamic Republic of Iran’s constitution .
Our reporter added that in Penal provisions of the Islamic Republic of Iran, being “Dervish”  is not at all a crime and there is no any punishment for that , but unfortunatelly, opponents of Sufism and Mysticism do’nt attend to the country’s constitution any more …
