To all attorneys in Law on the Globe
Subject: Appeal for Justice to all advocates, magistrates, law attorneys and defenders of human rights, from part of a victim of governmental oppression, for supporting the courageous lawyers and their colaborators, defenders of Human rights imprisoned in Iran.
Dear human brothers and sisters in function of law establishment and righteousness protection. You members of human community who chose with lucidity to invest your gifted ephemeral capital of life to protect the pillars of human society so as the others could live in security.
To you; whose names and existence, tremble the vertebras of all oppressors and guarantee the dream and the goal of human kind; living in “Justice and Peace.”
To you; the cells of the body of humanity who are the part of the most important pillar of human community’s dream “The democracy”, investing yourself as its’ guarantors.
This is a call from a victim to defend his defenders; I call to you all; regardless of your color, nation, social position, experience or level of knowledge to act per what we have as the most common, the Essence of Humanity, Life, according to the lesson Sa’adi Shirazi (the Persian Sufi poet) gives us within his famous poem:
Human beings are members of a whole.
In creation, of one essence and soul
If one member is afflicted with pain
Other members uneasy will remain.
If you have no compassion for human pain.
The name of Human you cannot retain.

According to this duty, I undersigning Firouz BIDABAD, ex ideological prisoner in Iran, a member of Nematullahi Gonabadi Sufi Order in Iran, victims of religious discrimination because of our refusal to religious intolerance and ideological extremism, which we consider in contradiction to the priority that all thinkers, prophets, messengers and religions give to human dignity to preserve life.
I write to you to share my deep pain of seeing those brave advocates who took the risk of my defense, and helped me cleared in court, in prison today instead of the outlaw oppressors. In fact I was arrested twice in the spontaneous movement of resistance against the illegal destruction of our praying house in city of Qum (Shariat Mosque) by security forces on 13th February 2006, and again in another spontaneous movement in Tehran in front of parliament, on 22nd February 2009 (Darvish Day), a preamble to the post-election riots on June 2009 in Iran.
I hereby, call you to gather and unify our voices to release my Sufi brethren and other courageous lawyers members of Defenders of Human Rights Center in Iran (member of FIDH) imprisoned for taking my defense and others oppressed by the outlaw governmental security forces in Iran.
The honorable advocates and their assistants, who sacrificed their comfortable life and social position, closed eyes on their parental feelings for their family and their small children, lost their permits of exercises and the future they have been designing and working to reach for years. But now they are in Evin prison in Tehran since months and risk even years.
They committed the sacrilege of daring to put under question the illegal actions of the arrogant outlaw political/interest power holders in Iran, trying to remind them their duty and push them back behind the red line that separates rulers from us, the people, The Law. That Redline, they promised to protect as you all, endorsed the responsibility to do so.
The lawyers and their assistants, acting in accord with their conscience and loyalty to their swearing’s to protect the right of victims within the frame of law and human right pact.
Every day you go to your prestigious work, esteemed as people’s best refuge from injustice and oppression, letting them a secure life under the shadows of your existence; remember of those like you who are imprisoned in Iran for the same reason.
Each time you return home to yours, taking in your arms your family and your kids, refresh and take place beside your beloveds with your entertainments and comfort, taking your favorite meal in rest, in comfortable vestment and bed, think of my advocates and lawyers, who haven’t taken their small kids in their arms since even more than years and they would like and have the right to do the same, but they get ill in non-hygienic environment of the place where the violators of law should rest, and not its protectors.
But they are deprived from this freedom because the force of outlaw politicians overpasses the force of in-laws applied by ignorants or betrayers for a bunch of money or an illusionary feeling of relative power that will soon or late leave them for another one.
Dear human brothers and sisters in function of law; I hereby call you to:
Establish an International Organization to protect whoever protects the law, your confreres running risks and dangers for the correct application of their duties and help out my advocates in prison in Iran and other countries. Dare to attack International Public Laws to ameliorate them to establish peace in the world, regardless of politics.
Without your help and ambition to control the power of the politicians, human kind cannot pass this turn to Global Democracy or the ultimate peaceful Monocracy. May it be you fund by your will and your belief, a global structure not for getting the power but to control the governments and politician’s power. When happened, this structure would serve as the pillar and the guarantor of the Global Village Justice and democracy. Tomorrow or even today, the Mankind is convinced that his only way to wealth, peace and salvation is to abandon tribal interest and national megalomania for a collective global interest. Then he is restricted to deletion of borders upgrading to a new manner of life by sharing his happiness and wealth under the flag of Human Dignity. Prepare for such responsibility. You are the only pillars of the society who can enable courageous politicians perform as they should in accord with people and democracy wills, and do not let them despaired by the corrupted arrogant rings of power.
This is not a dream, but an inevitable fact and necessity in further sight to the human community to delete the borders. These illusionary border lines on paper maps, do not exist on The Earth. As long as they exist, the war exist. The borders are the main source of discriminations and disputes, inflicting disasters to human solidarity, causing insecurity and misery, squandering more than one third of our planet resources to get protected and maintained. A huge capital that could be allocated to better life and human wealth in education, medical researches, green technologies, food production,… a better life for Mankind in security.
We believe or not; it happens. However the most amazing power of human kind is realizing his dreams once convicted. Examples are innumerable around us, just look.

1- Mostafa Daneshjoo, Iranian lawyer in prison for more than 14 months accused to harm the national security. He saw his permit of exercise retrieved, for attacking in Justice the Iranian security services harassing and attacking civil Sufi citizens illegally. 2- Farshid Yadollahi Farsi, Iranian lawyer in prison since 9 months, for defending the right of the oppressed Sufi population of Kevar under attack of Islamic extremists in August 2011 (southern Iran), those injured and hospitalized by police shots and the martyr Vahid Banani, dead shot by the police. 3- Omid Behroozi, Iranian lawyer in prison for more than 9 months accused to harm the national security. He saw his permit of exercise retrieved, for attacking in Justice the Iranian security services who attacked and injured several hundreds of civil Sufi citizens and bulldozed the place of Shariat Mosque (Sufi prayer house) in City of Qum in 2006.
